McOcean Confessions
#MCOConfessions 1096
Our products have a high profit margin, BLA BLA BLA, said the MC Ocean Goon.
Of course, an item that costs less than RM20 is selling at RM120, which is considerably a VERY HIGH MARGIN.
However, if the "agent" and the uplines need the commission, then it is a cost as well.
That means when you sell something, it is revenue.
With revenue, deducting the Cost of Goods Sold (product), it is gross profit.
Then, gross profit deducting the cost of commission (which is you and your uplines), then only it is the net profit.
You will only know the profit margin (net profit/revenue) here at this level, not at the gross profit level.
Technically, it is not a high profit margin as you claimed, but let us assume that it is really a high profit margin, for the sake of making you happy.
So, you need to understand that your "high profit margin" is not because of no competitors or any reason, but because you have to keep it high to feed the upline.
Sounds like a parasitic structure, yeah?
That's why your upline and your leader always talk fantasy, feeling so motivated because they want you to keep recruiting.
That's the truth.
If you still can't understand, maybe use some Google search or maybe AI to help you understand.
Don't just listen to your upline.
