#DLSLFaithWall25 Lord, help me recognize you in every encounter we have for You are a Living God. Grant me the grace to all the more recognize you as I encounter you in the Most Holy Eucharist since it is in there that you share yourself entirely to me. May we all recognize the Lord Jesus in our every encounter with Him for he journeys with us through life. Have a Blessed Sunday, everyone!

#DLSLFaithWall24 “𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝.” It shows that our shared faith is the foundation that unites us, even if our families are different. Like threads being woven together, each family has its own experiences but becomes part of a stronger community when connected by faith. Through the parish, families receive guidance, hope, and strength that material help alone cannot give. This is where they experience “spiritual oxygen,” which helps deepen their relationship with God and with one another. It is also important for the Church to be open to everyone, especially those going through difficult times, so they feel included. In this way, no “thread” is left out, and everyone becomes an important part of the whole. In the end, the true strength of a community comes from unity in faith and acceptance of one another. ✍️🖼: W2A_Group 4 | Chrisvoc

#DLSLFaithWall23 Isaiah 41:10 “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV This Bible Verse reminds me that in every season of our lives whether easy or difficult. God has never left us. We do not need to fear about anything because God is with us always in every hour, minute, and second of our lives. If you are in a difficult storm, cling on to God for He will help you to escape that difficult storm you are facing right now. He will stretch out His right hand for you. Don’t lose hope and trust God.

#DLSLFaithWall22 “The unexamined life is not worth living.” - Socrates This quote has reminded me that there's more to life than just grades and I really have to enjoy my life based on what I truly want. I think self-examination shows up in small moments, like asking why I feel unmotivated or why I made a certain decision. Instead of just going through routines, I try to reflect on what I am learning and how it is shaping me. It helps me grow beyond academics and become more aware of who I am becoming.

#DLSLFaithWall21 “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” — Aristotle This quote reminds me that success is not built on a one-time practice or try. It is built with consistency even if its just a small step such as showing up on time and staying disciplined. Even when I do not feel motivated, I know that my routines shape who I become. Over time, these small efforts turn into growth and improvement, both in school and in life. #TruthSeeker

#DLSLFaithWall20 #TruthSeeker “If you would be a real seeker after truth, it is necessary that at least once in your life you doubt, as far as possible, all things." -René Descartes There isn’t a single day where I don’t doubt something. Sometimes, that doubt hits my studies; other times, it hits my faith. For the longesttime, I was afraid of that. I thought doubting meant I was failing as a Christian. But my time in this school changed mahor things in my life. I realized that Jesus isn’t intimidated by my questions. In fact, He’s right there in the middle of them. By allowing myself to doubt the "hand-me-down" faith I grew up with, I finally cleared the space to meet Jesus for myself—not as a character in a textbook, but as a living Truth who can handle my honesty. My doubt is what finally made me sure. It’s the process of stripping away what I was told to believe so I could hold onto what I actually believe. There is such a rugged beauty in that. It reminds me that being a seeker of truth is a deeply personal walk. Jesus doesn’t want a hollow "yes"; He wants a heart that has searched for Him and found Him in the middle of the mess. God is good.

#DLSLFaithWall18 St. Joseph was just; he was very submissive to God’s orders, and he had a very special solicitude for the education and the protection of Jesus Christ. -Saint John Baptist De La Salle; Meditations 110.1 Happy Solemnity of Saint Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Patron and Protector of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools!

#DLSLFaithWall17 I was scrolling through my phone when I came across a Facebook post from a friend who owns a small thrift shop. Earlier that morning, a man had come in to buy a pair of pants. After choosing one, he quietly slipped into a corner and changed out of his worn shorts into the pair he had just purchased. The seller gently asked, “Susuotin mo na po?” He answered, “Oo, first day ko kasi ngayon sa work.” In that small, almost unnoticed moment, something tender revealed itself. Let us choose kindness in every encounter and learn to be grateful for even the simplest things we have. What may seem ordinary to us can carry great meaning for someone else. For some, it may even a mark of new beginning.

#DLSLFaithWall16 Service transforms struggle into strength. The late nights preparing, the early mornings showing up, the moments when we feel tired or unnoticed, all of these are seeds planted in faith. And God never lets seeds of service go to waste. In His time, they bloom into joy, peace, and blessings far greater than the effort we gave.
