#CDUFreedomWall6534 I’ve kept quiet about this for a while because I didn’t want backlash, especially since some people always jump to defend them but enough is enough. Is CDU actually going to do something about the beggars near 7/Eleven? The grown ones usually back off when you say no. Fine. But the kids? That’s a completely different story. Multiple times they’ve clung onto my skirt. One time, THREE of them followed me, repeatedly asking for my food. When I said no, one of the girls literally grabbed at it and it fell straight to the ground. I paid for that. I was tired. And they just dropped it like it was nothing. It was beyond frustrating. This isn’t about being heartless. It’s about safety and boundaries. Something seriously needs to be done about this.

There are even kids who would throw things at you, some of the adults would look at you up and down maliciously (especially when you're a girl). It's very clear that you don't walk there everyday or night. Either you're naive and idealistic or ignorant. Or maybe both.
