#LPUFW46319 🗣🏴‍☠️ Lyceans, is it really "entitlement" when students have the courage to speak up for their right to quality education? I came across a thread (I believe it's #LPUFW46287) showing a conversation between a professor and students. It was heartbreaking to see students who were simply raising valid questions and concerns being labeled as "whiners," "just a noise," "kaartehan," and "entitled," while even having their upbringing questioned. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, their concerns were dismissed through derogatory remarks and personal attacks rather than meaningful dialogue. What's even more disappointing is that these statements came from a professor—a professional and an educator who is expected to foster respectful discourse, not belittle students for exercising their right to ask questions. From what I understood, the students were simply asking about the sudden reshuffling of sections. It was even said that the reshuffling was due to some students allegedly cheating. If that's true, why should everyone face the consequences instead of only those responsible? I feel for the students, lalong lalo pa na this decision can affect their learning environment. Imagine years kayong magkasama in a section then all of a sudden mababago just because of the mistakes of other people? Students are paying 100k+ per semester. They have every right to ask for fairness and consistency in the implementation of school policies. If academic dishonesty occurred, there are already disciplinary procedures outlined in the Student Handbook. Why not enforce those policies against the individuals responsible instead of imposing a decision that affects everyone? Speaking up for fairness and accountability is not being entitled. Wanting a stable learning environment and quality education is not too much to ask—it's the very reason why students and parents enroll and invest so much in their education. Hindi ba kaya nga sila nag-private institution? To protect them and give them the best quality of education. Students should not be ridiculed for asking questions. They deserve to be heard, respected, and given clear explanations for decisions that directly affect their academic journey. Hindi po ito kaartehan at pagiging entitled.

#LPUFW46318 🗣🏴‍☠️ #LPUFW46308 canon event ba to sa college?? I finally realized hindi pala eme yung mga sinasabi ng seniors dito HAHAHAHAHA. I honestly thought they were just being OA when they said not to get too attached to a big circle of friends in college. Turns out, there really are people who only keep you around when it's convenient for them. The moment they find someone who fits their wants better, it's so easy to forget the people who were there from the beginning. College really shows you who's genuine and who's around for the benefits. But to be honest, I'm grateful. Kasi doon ko na-realize that I should never beg for a place where I can be easily replaced. I'd rather have a few real friends or none than to have one that only exists when it's beneficial to them ooops.... matamaan sapul na lang talaga ifykyk
