Shouldn't academic credibility or anything else be part of the deal? Showed up late to a scheduled diagnostic and couldn’t even bring a pen or bond paper? If you’re going to carry the title, at least bring the bare minimum. I don’t know? Namanifest ko ba? or is it how things are meant for me? Hindi ko na rin kasi alam. I just want to get this off my chest, with no hopes of you actually reading or finding this. I’ve always told myself na tanggap ko na destiny ko, and that is to be married off to someone my parents approve of. But you came, it felt like I can conquer the world basta para sa’yo, para sa atin. I was willing to fight for an us, even if my parents won’t permit us, because I love you dearly. Ngayon, I’m done hoping and waiting for someone to save me from my destiny, siguro nga pina experience ka lang sa akin ni Lord. For now, I’ll focus on myself and siguro, in the near future, I will just accept what destiny has for me, even if it meant being caged forever with someone I barely know. First of, kung magtatanong kayo kung maganda ba mag medtech sa MOA, ang pinakatotoong sagot dyan ay hindi. Sobrang challenging na nung course, and the education system isn't the best. May matutunan ka, pero di lang oras ang mawawala sayo. Madali mag-aral lalo na marami sa mga prof ay generous sa study materials, pero ang assessment?It doesn't make sense sometimes. May mga inaral ka na wala sa test, pero may mga di inaral na nasa test. Lalo na sa mga Medtech dyan. MTAP is a true testament na hindi na fair yung educational fairness dito. Tuwang tuwa pa sila to threaten you in retaining you for your MTAPs. First warning pa lang yan. Second of all, "Education that works" no longer works. Madami kayong makikitang rant post dito, kesyo sa binging administration or sa immovable policies. Inflexible sila, sa madaling salita. Mas lalo lang naging testament kung gaano sila ka inflexible from the past holy week. Imbes na may mga students na nakauwi at gawing online na lang ang mga klase, nag post pa ng insensitive guideline na half day. Merong incident din dyan about sa "online class" miscommuncation sa college of dentistry naman. Another case of inconsideration? Sa heat index na to, imbes na padaliin na lang ang buhay ng student commuters, nag demand pa na dapat Nu shirt lang ang pwede kung mag civilian ka. Magkakaroon ka pa ng violation kung naka civilian ka at walang kang temporary pass. Finally, obsolete na sistema. Sa lahat ng technological tools and advancement ng NU, sobrang ligwak naman ang paggamit. May option ka ng online enrollment, pero pinapapila ka pa rin for "consultation" and OR validation. Kaya every enrollment week, pahirapan ang proseso. Ilang rooms ang haba ng pila. Meron din na online payment, akala mo mapapadali buhay mo? Kailangan mo ulit ipa-validate yung online payment mo sa Treasury, another case of pagpapahirap sa sistemang ginawan naman na ng solution. Madami naman din magaganda sa university na to, mababait karamihan ng profs, at ang facility naman ay subpar. Madami rin advancement dito dahil madaming partnerships with other companies na nakaka benefit sa students. Pero ikaw ang magisip kung willing ka pumasok sa university na di na gumagana ang rights ng students. Ika nga, "Are you willing to work hard for a system that keeps working against you?" This is a guidance post, kasi madami na ulit nagtatanong ng mga gusto mag enroll dito. Pero, take heed sa mga warnings sa taas. Dahil kung willing ka kumayod 5x harder just for the system to resist your progress, then "Welcome to the home of Bulldogs". Pero di na ako sang ayon sa sistema dito.
