#WVSUFW480 This is for COE Council. I’m tired of the fact that power in the council only revolves around a single major. I know there are more people who are well deserving of these positions, but I don’t see any new faces, just the same faces, same attitudes, same majors. We want to see other leaders. We want to see potential. It feels dynastic and nepotistic, if you ask me, like passing the crown to someone you know from the same major. I have no issue with the organization you belong to, but you have many members full of potential, and yet the council seems limited to benefiting only your own major.

#WVSUFW478 WVSU USC: "To serve the students of West Visayas State University with utmost transparency and equality" Yet barely listens to students concerns and feedback. Meetings and consultations with students are done just for THEIR decency and formality for the sake na maka hambal na we did that. Dasun ma reklamo kamo ngaa diri kami gapautwas? Diri sa spaces na gina tawag niyo "bastos" "informal". Because miski sa formal setting kita mag sturyahanay, sa mga meetings niyo na gina patawag, mga students' consultation, ma "yes na inchindihan gd namon" "yes, we'll look into that" man lng kamo dasun wala man ga take effect HAHAHAHA and before niyo ko unahan na maybe this concern is something that the admins are in charge of, indi kay this concern is directly supervised by that organization. And kita niyo na ang list of USC candidates? HAHAHAHHA keep on parroting servant-leadership tales and cheat your way to the top. Nothing will change because ur system and root of your campaign is how to win it and not in showing up and resolving the issues of your students. I hope the upcoming election would result to an election fraud because none of you deserve a seat that governs your constituents.

#WVSUFW477 Imagine being appointed as the chairman of your organization, with your other officers being older than you, some being in the organization longer than you. They saw potential in you and had you as their chairman, told you that they would guide you all throughout your term. But what happens? They leave you to it and expect you to know everything, even if you didn't know much about your organization before. They scold you about doing something wrong, but they never taught you about it in the first place. The job of other officers? Given to the chairman. An officer is tasked with one specific task? Still asks the chairman to do something related to it instead of doing it themselves or delegating it to others. When the chairman forgets something that is spearheaded by a different officer which was supposed to be their responsibility? Still Chairman's fault. It's always the chairman's fault. They always say the other officers are a chairman's 2nd brain, but often times it feels like there's only one working. At this point I'm already feeling burned out, which feels wrong because I'm the head of this organization, and I control the mood. If I'm feeling down, the rest do. It just feels like whatever I do, there's always something I do wrong. What do I know, I'm just a 2nd trying to be a chairman alongside 3rd years. Whenever I complain that I'm tired or I give my reasons why I failed at a task, they compare it with their situation and say they're tired too and that I have no excuse. Can't a person just get some rest once in awhile? Both mentally, spiritually, and physically? It's always about how the work is going, not how the person doing the work is doing. They keep saying that my predecessors had it worse, but why transfer it to me? What did I do to deserve it? Legacy of torture? If another officer had a shortcoming, they blame me for not thinking about what could have happened, or telling them about the outcome of their choices, or for not remembering what THEY forgot about. It's all frustrating to think about, especially with both academic and family pressure piling up. I have very few people close to me that I can talk to this about, mostly only my partner who sees both sides and help me go through it. It just feels like I'm being pushed into a corner no matter what I do. Closing note? I feel burnt out and don't know what to do

#WVSUFW476 Here's my top ten line up guide for you this election. This has nothing to do with color, party or college that they are part of. 1. Andrenada, he's the chairperson of ChemSoc, has a lot of experience when it comes to leadership. Also he's humble and kind also. 2. Calantas, I CAN ATTEST TO THIS WOMAN, she is one of thos peeps na will be around if they are needed, since taga COC ko. Mahambal mo gid nga hindi lang siya design sa gilig gilig, kay ga ubra si manang. 3. Galfo, real deal, although medyo suplado if ma approach ka, my manangs would recommend him cause he can work and lead. 4. Legislador, he might not be present at times, but I can bet he can lead and serve wholeheartedly. 5. Panes, boy got the GUTS, going to a school where no one knows him. Creating a name for himself. Mind you he got the credentials you need. All I can say is I ADMIRE that confidence and passion you have. 6. Remegio, also another one na taga ibang isla, always see him sa mga activities in short always siya present, he's pretty reserve also. 7. Tabing, Yes na yes po, makikita ko siyang palaging present in events. Also wala akong naririnig na anything really negative about her to justify me not voting for her. 8. Treyes, she's a homegrown leader, and it is very important for us to remeber that it is good to see a child flourishes into someone who could be trusted with leadership. - 9 and 10 will be left undecided since I really don't know everyone in the line up. I know daw maka discourage ang election now kay daw wala kita sang choice, but always remember they still need 1/2 of the students population vote to really become a councilor. So think straight, and vote wisely thank you. W?

#WVSUFW475 Let’s not lose hope in this election. I’ve seen firsthand how the right councilors can shape the kind of leadership we deserve. During U Week, there was a moment when one of our programs ran into a technical issue and needed immediate backup. We reached out to different councilors, and that’s when I really saw the difference in character. I won’t dwell on the negative, because this is about recognizing what good leadership looks like. One councilor stepped in without hesitation and personally covered what we needed. I even offered to pay her back after the program so it wouldn’t be a burden, but she simply told me to focus on making the program work and not worry about the cost. That kind of selflessness is rare. She didn’t do it for recognition or thanks—she just helped because it was needed. I’ve also worked with her during outreach activities. While I sometimes found myself complaining, she remained calm, smiling, and committed to the work. It reminded me that leadership isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up with the right intentions, especially when it matters. I know leaders are still human. They get tired, they have limits. But when they choose to serve, they should strive to be the kind of example others can look up to.It’s unfortunate she won’t be running again because she’s graduating. But her actions set a standard. To all aspiring councilors: be kind, be humble, and be willing to help—even when no one is watching. In the end, people may forget the mistakes, but they will remember the good you chose to do.

#WVSUFW474 Basta can we all agree that the title of TOTGA student leader is reserved for those who actually have the guts to file their candidacy and run during campaign season? No hate, but y'all actually need to step up to the plate to be considered a TOTGA.

#WVSUFW473 For over a month now, you’ve been targeting a councilor candidate with repeated posts. Maybe there’s truth behind some of your claims—but at this point, it’s no longer about truth. It’s a sustained public attack. Let’s be clear: accountability doesn’t look like this. What you’re doing is a pile-on, enabled by anonymity and amplified by people who should know better. What’s even more disturbing is seeing members of the same “yellow organization”—people who once stood beside him—join in and normalize it. I watched a live stream from a drag queen from CICT, someone from that same circle, openly mocking and talking trash about the candidate. The hypocrisy was blatant: claiming not to tolerate bullying while actively engaging in it, in front of an audience. Then another person joined, adding more stories, more insults, even throwing around serious accusations like calling someone a “pedo” as if it were casual conversation. No evidence presented, no accountability—just reckless words with real consequences. That’s not whistleblowing. That’s character assassination. If there are legitimate issues, bring them forward properly—with evidence, with your name, and with the willingness to be held accountable. But hiding behind an anonymous page and turning allegations into entertainment? That’s not bravery. That’s calculated cruelty. And to those participating publicly: you don’t get to separate yourselves from this. You carry your organization’s name every time you speak. Right now, what you’re showing isn’t integrity—it’s a willingness to tear someone down for clout, attention, or personal grudges. If your goal was to expose the truth, you’ve already undermined it by the way you chose to act. Do better. Be better. Because this isn’t justice—it’s a mob. You are a BULLY.
