#UPBaguioFreedomWall4450 I seriously don’t think some people or students in UP understand the gravity of earthquakes in Baguio City, even if they’re “mild” or “quick.” People from Baguio are still traumatized from the 1990 earthquake. That disaster didn’t just shake the city. It killed families, destroyed homes, and left the city isolated because roads were damaged or buried. Even the thought of aftershocks scares most people. So for anyone saying on the Oble grounds that people are “overreacting” or calling it “OA,” that is beyond insensitive. The very least you could do is sympathize and understand why people are scared.
