1. 🚫 No posts or comments about Religion, Race, or Royalty (3R)

2. ❌ No hate, insults, or personal attacks. Names will be censored.

3. 🔞 No NSFW or inappropriate content.
　禁止任何 不雅或成人内容。
4. 🔁 No spam or repeated posts.
　禁止洗版或重复投稿。
5. 🏠 Rent/Sell posts allowed — post responsibly. Scams are not the page’s responsibility.
　租房/卖物帖 可发，请自行负责。若涉及诈骗，本页 概不负责。
6. 🎉 Promotional posts allowed with a RM1.00 fee per post. Suspicious promos will be deleted — contact admin first.
　宣传类贴文 需付费 每帖RM1.00，可先联系管理员。可疑宣传将被删除。
7. 💬 Minor debates are fine, but fights or drama posts may be removed.
