I have a classmate kasi na madalas wala sa class because kailangan talaga siya for certain tasks. Nakikita ko naman na talagang inuutusan siya, so I understand na hindi naman siya basta nag-i-invent ng excuse. I was just wondering if usually, kinukuha ba or kino-consider yung schedule ng students before sila bigyan ng responsibilities, para maiwasan sana na mag-conflict sa classes? Yes, nandon ka sa room to facilitate your students but once na tumalikod ka, hindi mo na alam ang ginagawa ng mga students mo. It is unfair sa mga students na nag re review tapos yung iba nag google or search lang gamit yung phone. Wala ng takot students ngayon kahit mahuli, gagawin ulit nila yan.
