Hello, suggest ko lang to start a calorie-deficit diet, you don't necessarily need to go to the gym naman, home workout will do, basta diet ang importante for weight loss kasi based on my experience 70% ng progress ko was from proper diet alone

attention to all ansci peeps na nag-gygym!
hi po! I'm a girl from jhs and is targeting to lose weight. I'm thinking about going to the gym but I don't know where to start.
-usually how much po ba ang subscription? Per day, per month, per year?
-what machines should I use?
-will it be better if I just workout at home?
considering our schedule sa ansci, medyo hectic po kasi nga until 4pm lahat, dagdag pa na taga-upper kaya usually nakakauwi na tayo at around 5:30-6:00pm, plus the schoolwork/homeworks pa tas review. kulang kulang pa sa tulog tapos pagod pa from school.
so will it be better if I still go to the gym for at least 1 hour a day or workout at home?
