#UPLBFreedomWall19683 It kinda gets frustrating when that scholarship office rushes the scholars to submit requirements -- giving around 2-3 days for students to process documents -- but doesn't release the allowance/scholarship stipend for weeks, and most of the time, months. I'm one of those scholars, and budgetting my current allowance can get tedious at times -- adjusting less and less allotment on food, personal necessities, and even commuting expenses leading me to just walk around a km just to get to my first class, as compensation for academic necessities.
