Important notes upon submitting entries
The department of WCC Secret Files has set some rules that will help the community to be balanced. The department is not biased on posting the entries submitted by the inmates, however, if your entry remains unposted it falls in these criteria:

I. Filtered entries
II. It contains someone's personal information
III. The subject of the rant requested for it to be deleted
IV. The halting system of WCC
1. Halting from the person itself
2. Halting from friends
3. Halting from the third party is not allowed
V. Did not follow the format
