I also can’t help but feel excluded from the team. I’ve noticed how welcoming my boss is toward my colleagues — even offering them help and support — and it hurts because I’ve never experienced that from her. It makes me question my place and my worth in the team. At this point, I don’t know if this is just a rough phase or if it’s already a sign that I should consider resigning.
