#Cavfess434 A massive well done to the new JCR exec (and committee) for completing your first term. The Easter Term jump-start is not easy with exams and getting used to the role, especially if you’re a fresher, and you properly get into the flow come Michaelmas. You’ll be great, and remember negative feedback when anonymous is spineless and amounts to nothing! If people have problems and want to help enact real change, then they should have an open, constructive conversation with you. You’re the ones who have stepped up to do the role with almost no external incentive, which is admirable.

#Cavfess433 Yes we're all students with exams and other commitments... but the rest of us don't sign up for important JCR roles because we know we couldn't do them well alongside our other commitments. Why sign up for JCR positions if you're just not going to do your job?
