想請教剛入行的居服員 進入公司前三個月
案子不多是正常的嗎?
本人三月中月入職 已有身障 失智資格剛取得
到目前為止 公司派案量每天只有2-3小時 周日固定休
每個月領約1-1.5萬薪資左右
最近詢問公司督導派案量問題 督導表示 都要等有案子下來
而且都很臨時 只能等
我詢問督導 那在沒案子期間可以出去找其他打工做嗎?
不然這樣時間不好安排利用
督導表示不行 因為隨時可能都會有案子 所以必須隨時待命接案
想請問各位的公司都是這樣規定嗎?
大家在派案量低時的空檔時間都做甚麼打發時間?
