Letters to Yano

Now that CASadya has officially come to an end, I just want to commend how visible and genuine the camaraderie was this year. It was truly heartwarming to witness the strong bond among different programs, even though everyone was competing. The unity didnāt fade behind the rivalry; instead, it became more evident.
I also admire how no conflicts were blown out of proportion because the org heads were very understanding and displayed true sportsmanship. Special mention to the org heads of BIO and HANDU, grabe kaayo ka kamamahon mi always mga mamsh. Your warmth and leadership did not go unnoticed.
This year truly highlighted how strong and effective leadership looks like, even when leaders have different management styles and come from different organizations. Each one showed grace, maturity, and accountability in their own way.
I also want to commend the org head of USSO. Itās not hard to understand why sheās deeply loved by her members. Sheās genuine, very hands-on, talented, and caring; not only toward her own constituents but even to members of other programs. The simple act of sharing bananas with other org members says so much about her. Iāve never heard her speak about the backlash from the recent LTY, but from our perspective as members of other org, we witnessed how supportive and kind she truly is especially in person.
And of course, shoutout to the org heads of MSO and LSS. Despite being smaller organizations, they never let that limit them. They stood strong, kept up, and showed that leadership is not measured by size but by passion and commitment.
Kudos to all the valuable leaders of CAS. Congratulations CASLC! You made this yearās CASadya not just competitiveābut meaningful.
