#JFW3138 This is not meant to hate, but just to express my frustrations. I understand that it can be difficult to find qualified clinical instructors. However, the school should at least review their credentials and teaching capabilities before hiring them. Nursing is already a challenging program, and when a clinical instructor does not fully understand or effectively teach the lessons, it is the students who end up struggling. I don’t understand why, even during prelims and midterms, the instructor is not discussing the topics and instead relies entirely on students to report. While student reporting can be helpful as a learning strategy, making students handle almost all the topics for the entire second semester is not appropriate.
