I messaged them early and explained everything, but they just hid behind their “no refund” rule — which they only posted after we already bought our tickets. We didn’t even get to go inside because of class suspensions, and it’s not like that was our fault. It just feels selfish how they didn’t even try to understand or offer any solution. We weren’t asking for anything crazy, just some fairness. The whole thing feels really disappointing and kinda diabolical, especially for an event that’s supposed to be for students. (mind you they posted after i messaged their page and they left me on read lol
