I finished my lab tests sa priv clinic here sa locality namin and I was advices na dalhin ko nalang sa RHU or any govt affiliated physician para sila mag read ng result but when I went sa provincial hospital namin sabi sakin ng doctor na hindi daw niya i-ffill in yung form nga UP kasi hindi daw yung form nga hospital huhu.
