Going into 4th year and hoping to go Varsity Ski trip December 7-14th, but can see this clashes with placement. Will it be a problem / can clin students ever go on the trip?

I'm really scared of getting kicked out of clinical school. I've missed probably 1/3 of the R&I week sessions, and now I'm on SSC I also missed two mandatory seminars and admin emailed me to ask why I wasn't there. I also opened up VLE to see there was an assignment I just missed the deadline for.
I'm trying but I find it really hard to get out of bed and have 0 energy. I also feel like once I missed one seminar it became harder to go to the other ones. I've already talked to welfare but obviously I can't just make the same excuse every time.
Has anyone been kicked out of clinical school for this kind of thing?
